June was a productive month for MASO, marked by collaboration, performance, and exciting progress. We’re thrilled to share that MASO earned a grant from the Llewellyn Foundation in support of next summer’s Professional Development Conference. Executive Directors from our member organizations met over Zoom to exchange ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate successes from the season. Executive Director Kassidy Conlon wrapped up next season’s master calendar for member organizations, performed in the Billings Symphony cello section at their annual Symphony in the Park, and spoke to Montana Youth Symphony interns as a guest speaker, offering insights into music education and nonprofit arts administration.
